This Privacy Policy explains how Cargo Bridge Logistics LLC ("Cargo Bridge Logistics", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects information in the course of its dispatching, back-office and freight services. It applies to this website and to our phone, email and text message communications.

We collect the following information so that we can provide dispatching, logistics and the other services you ask for, and communicate with you about them:

  • Personal identifiers: name, email address, phone number and mailing address.
  • Professional information: business name, billing and mailing addresses, carrier MC and USDOT numbers, insurance documents and driver details.
  • Operational data: vehicle locations, load preferences and shipment status history.

2. SMS/MMS Communications

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, you authorize Cargo Bridge Logistics LLC to send you conversational and informational texts about load availability, dispatch instructions, document requests and administrative updates. Message frequency varies with your active freight. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

3. User Rights

4. Retention Policy

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes it was collected for, including legal, accounting and reporting requirements. When deciding how long to keep it, we consider the amount and sensitivity of the information, the risk of harm from unauthorized use, the purposes we use it for, whether those purposes can be met another way, and what the law requires.

We keep basic customer information (contact, identity, financial and transaction details) for six years after the customer relationship ends, for tax purposes.

We may anonymize information so that it can no longer be linked to you and use it for research or statistics. Anonymized information may be kept indefinitely without further notice.

7. No Sharing of SMS Data

We do not share, sell or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data to third parties for marketing purposes. This data is used only for our own logistics coordination and service delivery.

No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates.

Other information is shared only as needed to deliver our services, for example with the broker, shipper or receiver on your load, or when the law requires it. All such sharing excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.

SMS Compliance

Consent

You consent to receive SMS communications from Cargo Bridge Logistics LLC by ticking the optional SMS consent box on our quote form, or by giving us your agreement verbally or in writing. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opting Out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. We will send one text confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that.
